2. Service Description

BeanX is a platform allowing content creators to find sponsors, integrate advertising overlays into their videos, and publish this content on third-party platforms (YouTube, TikTok).

3. Content Responsibility

You (the User) are solely responsible for the content you upload and publish via BeanX.

• Compliance: You guarantee that your content respects applicable laws as well as the Terms of Service and Community Guidelines of destination platforms:
  • YouTube Terms of Service
  • TikTok Terms of Service
• Copyrights: You must possess all necessary rights to the video content you submit.

4. Affiliation

BeanX is an independent third-party service. We are NOT affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or officially connected to Google LLC (YouTube) or ByteDance Ltd (TikTok).

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account in case of violation of these terms, particularly in case of fraud attempts or abuse of the monetization system.

6. Limitation of Liability

BeanX is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for loss of revenue or data resulting from the use of the service.
