1. Introduction

BeanX ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

2. Collected Data

We collect the following data necessary for the service operation:

  • Account Information: Email, password (hashed), profile information.
  • User Content: Videos uploaded for processing (automatically deleted after processing, see Retention section).
  • OAuth Data (Google/YouTube & TikTok): To the extent permitted by the Permissions you grant, we only access:
    • Your public ID and avatar.
    • The ability to upload videos to your channel (scope youtube.upload or TikTok equivalent).
    • Performance statistics of videos published via BeanX (views, likes) to calculate your earnings.

3. Google Data Usage (Limited Use Policy)

Google API Services Compliance

BeanX's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do NOT use your Google data to display advertisements, nor do we sell it to third parties. They are exclusively used for the "Auto-Publish" feature of the application.

4. Data Retention

  • Raw Videos: Your original video files are stored temporarily for processing and overlay insertion, then are deleted from our processing servers within 24 to 48 hours.
  • Access Tokens: OAuth tokens are stored securely (encrypted) as long as your account is active and connected.
  • Analytics Data: Performance statistics are retained for your earnings history.

5. Data Sharing

We do not share your personal data with any third parties, except:

  • If required by law.
  • With our cloud infrastructure providers (AWS) strictly for service hosting.

We never sell your data.

6. Data Deletion (User Data Deletion)

You have full control over your data:

  • Access Revocation: You can revoke BeanX's access to your YouTube/TikTok accounts at any time via Google security settings (myaccount.google.com/permissions) or TikTok.
  • Account Deletion: You can request complete deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at privacy@beanx.io or via the "Delete my account" button in your settings.
